| We must receive your application fee along with your medical staff application before it can be processed. Please note the application fee is a one-time fee and is non-refundable once the process has started. The application fee is not required for anyone who has graduated from a Mount Carmel residency program within the past one (1) year. Fees are as follows:
- One Medical Staff: $500.00
- Two Medical Staffs: $800.00
- Three Medical Staffs: $1000.00
