Ginger Chicken Recipe

Here's an easy chicken dinner that can be made in minutes. With fewer than 10 ingredients, this low-calorie ginger chicken recipe is packed with flavor.

Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup minced green onions
    • 1 Tbsp grated peeled fresh ginger or ginger juice
    • Juice of 1/2 lemon
    • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/4 tsp sugar
    • 1/4 tsp white vinegar
    • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breast, warmed
    • 2 cups cooked brown rice, warmed

Preparation

    • In a blender, combine green onions, ginger, lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar, and blend until smooth. Arrange chicken over rice and top with ginger sauce.
