Guilt Free Sweet Potato French Fries Recipe

Sweet potato french fries are low sodium, sweeter and healthier than deep fried french fries.

Ingredients

    • 3 medium sweet potatoes
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • 1 Tbsp dried rosemary
    • 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
    • 2 Tbsp canola oil

Preparation

    • Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut sweet potatoes, with skins on, into french fry style sticks.
    • In a bowl, combine all ingredients, making sure to coat all sweet potato fries in oil and seasoning.
    • Place cooling rack on top of cookie sheet, spread potatoes in a single layer on top of cooling rack.
    • Cook at 450 degrees for 40 minutes or until desired crispiness.
