Mount Carmel has an organization that can assist you in delivering quality health care and make you part of a larger network of providers. Health Partners is a Physician-Hospital Organization (PHO) comprised of 1,450 primary care and specialty care physicians in Franklin and surrounding counties, as well as Mount Carmel’s four acute care hospitals and the free-standing emergency center, Diley Ridge Medical Center. The objective of the organization is to provide the central Ohio market place with a physician-led network of healthcare providers that can deliver proven, collaborative, quality care.
Clinical Integration Initiative
Health Partners is currently engaged in a focused Clinical Integration initiative, with primary care physicians, physician specialists and hospitals working together to improve, streamline and reduce the cost of patient care. We share these efforts and their outcomes with health plans, employers and the community so that Health Partners physicians and Mount Carmel can demonstrate and be rewarded for exceptional patient care. It’s a program you can participate in and benefit from as a Health Partners member.
Access to Managed Care Contracts
As a physician member of Health Partners, you also will have access to numerous health plan and payer contracts, including MediGold and the Trinity Associate Health Plan. We analyze and implement these contracts and manage the credentialing function, reducing the administrative burden on you. We also have a team of Provider Relations professionals who are dedicated to addressing and resolving your managed care concerns and presenting payor opportunities.
Discounted Office Services
Mount Carmel Health Partners adds value to your membership by providing you access to a host of discounted professional services that can improve the quality of your practice and reduce expenses. You may receive discounts on things like office and clinical supplies, administrative services, staffing, IT consulting and billing services.
