24 Hour Support
With so much involved in installing a new system, it's not possible for an office to learn everything about the software in the first couple of months. We have put together a comprehensive support program designed not only to get your practice up an running as soon as possible, but also to maximize your investment in the computer system by training on more advanced features as your office becomes ready to use them.
Hardware maintenance (except for non-supported equipment), software enhancements, continuing education, new staff training, and preventative maintenance are all part of our support program.
In addition, our Help Desk is available from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday. You may reach the Help Desk by calling 614-234-8999. An analyst and technician are on-call 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week. These services are included in your support fees.

Implementation dates and "go live" dates will be determined after a thorough discussion of the options with your practice.
