Dr. Samuels is the Program Director of The Ohio State University-Mount Carmel Health Obstetrics/Gynecology Residency Program. He has been Associate Professor of Obstetrics/Gynecology at The Ohio State University since 1992. He also regularly provides perinatal services and teaching at Mount Carmel Medical Center. His areas of clinical and research interest include hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, hematologic disorders of pregnancy, recurrent pregnancy loss, and seizure disorders. He is an examiner for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Ballenger is the Associate Program Director of Obstetrics/Gynecology at Mount Carmel. He is a graduate of Mount Carmel's Obstetrics/Gynecology Residency Program and has practiced at Mount Carmel since completing his residency. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetricians & Gynecologists and is currently in private practice at Columbus Obstetricians & Gynecologists, Inc. Dr. Ballenger is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at The Ohio State University. He has been the recipient of many teaching awards, including The Ohio State University Distinguished Educator Award.
