J. Barry Fagan, MD
The Medical Staff Service Excellence award is presented each year to an outstanding physician for his or her unselfish dedication to the mission of Mount Carmel St Ann's. Nominated physicians must be Active, Retired/Emeritus or Honorary members of the Mount Carmel St. Ann's Medical Staff and have made significant contributions to Medical Staff activities and to the hospital.
The 2011 Medical Staff Service Excellence Award recipient was J. Barry Fagan, MD.
A dedicated member of Mount Carmel St. Ann's Medical Staff, Dr. Fagan's leadership, clinical knowledge and dedication to patients' well being were the reasons behind his nomination for the award. |
