What is myHealth?

myHealth is a secure online patient portal designed to give you access to your personal health information from the comfort of your own home computer, mobile device or tablet. You can use myHealth to:

  • View your hospital medical record information online any time, with no additional applications to download.
  • Receive test results online as soon as they are available in the hospital medical record.
  • Review your medications, immunizations, allergies and medical history on your electronic health record.
  • Pay your bill online.

Is there a fee to use myHealth?

No. myHealth is a free service.

How do I sign up?

If you recently visited the hospital within the last X months, you can sign up using the last 4 digits of your Medical Record Number (MRN) as your access code. The MRN may be found on your discharge paperwork. By using this code, you can sign up on the myHealth webpage and create a UserID and password.

If you cannot locate your MRN, call toll-free myHealth Customer Support at 844-805-4357.

Is there an age restriction to use myHealth?

You must be 18 or older to use myHealth. Portal access is not provided for children.

What do I need to use myHealth?

You need access to a computer connected to the Internet and an up-to-date browser . myHealth works best on Internet Explorer 7 or higher and Mozilla Firefox 3.0 and higher, Safari 5.0.2 or higher, and Google Chrome 7.0 or higher. You can download these browsers for free. You can also access myHealth from any mobile device.

I declined a myHealth account during my hospital visit but now would like to have one. How can I request an account?

Just call toll-free myHealth Customer Support at 844-805-4357.

Proxy Information

Can my spouse and I share one myHealth account?

No. Due to the sensitive nature of personal health information, each adult must establish his/her own myHealth account and then submit a request for proxy access to your spouse or another patient's account.

I would like my spouse, family member or friend to have the ability to view my hospital medical record information within myHealth. How can I grant him/her access?

To authorize proxy access to your hospital medical record information within myHealth, your proxy must have set-up a personal myHealth account. Go to myAccess and select the Proxy Dashboard dropdown link. There you can click on "Grant Proxy Access," and search for his/her name. Once you select his/her screen name, click on "Grant Proxy Access."

How may I view my child/ren's hospital medical record information?

To protect the privacy and confidentiality of personal health information and comply with state and federal laws, parents and guardians may access their child/ren’s hospital medical record information by contacting the hospital's Health Information Department directly. Online access is not provided.

Once a child turns 18, the child is now an adult and may sign up for his/her own account and grant you proxy access, if they choose to do so.

Your Medical Record

Can I view my physician office medical record?

If your physician's office online patient portal is linked to myHealth, then you will be able to use myHealth to access your physician office medical record by clicking the myDoctor's Office link on the myHealth homepage.

If some of my health information on myHealth is not correct, what should I do?

Your myHealth information comes directly from your personal medical records. If anything is incorrect, please contact the hospital's Health Information Department or physician's office, and follow their instructions.

What should I do if I don’t understand my personal health information?

You should call your physician or discuss any questions with your provider at your next office visit.

Why can’t I see my test results in myHealth?

Test results in myHealth are from your hospital medical record. If you are looking for results from your physician's office, then you will need to click on the myDoctor's Office link on the myHealth homepage.

After I Have Enrolled

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the sign-in page to reset your password. You will be prompted to answer the security question that you set up when you signed up for your account. If you need further assistance, contact toll-free myHealth Customer Support for technical support, including password resets, by calling 844-805-4357.

I have too many failed login attempts. My account has been disabled. What should I do?

Can I get a new access code if I have lost it, let it expire or did not receive it?

How do I choose a myHealth UserID and password?

Choose a myHealth UserID and password that's easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess. An email address can be a UserID, but must be unique to one user.

Please keep in mind that only you will know your myHealth password. Your hospital and physician offices will not have access to this information. If you've lost or forgotten your UserID or password, please call toll-free myHealth Customer Support for technical support, including password resets, by calling at 844-805-4357.

Technical Questions

How is myHealth secure?

We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure access codes, UserIDs, and passwords. Each person controls his or her own password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. Further, myHealth uses the latest 256-bit SSL encryption technology.

I was logged out of myHealth, what happened?

We protect your privacy and the security of your information in your myHealth account. While logged into myHealth, if your keyboard remains idle for 5 minutes or more, you will be automatically logged out of myHealth. We recommend that you logout of your myHealth session if you need to leave your computer for even a short period of time.

My access code does not work, what should I do?

For your security, your access code expires after 60 days if you don’t activate your account. Once you activate your account, your access code will no longer work. An access code cannot be reused. If you need a new access code, please contact the myHealth Customer Support by calling 844-805-4357 (toll-free).

Is my access code my UserID?

No, your access code is not your myHealth UserID or password. You will use this code only once sign up for your myHealth account for the very first time. The code will expire as soon as you use it or if you haven't used it within 60 days). When you sign up for myHealth, you will then be asked to create your own unique myHealth UserID and password.

Can I view my portal on my Android or iPhone?

Yes, you can view your myHealth account from any mobile device using an Internet browser. No additional apps are needed.
