MyMountCarmel offers patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records. It enables you to securely view information about your health. With MyMountCarmel, you can view:
- Admit and discharge date
- Reason for hospitalization
- Basic lab results
- Physician Care team
- Vital signs at discharge
- Care plan with goals and instructions
- Discharge information and instructions
During registration at the hospital, you’ll be asked if you’d like to sign up for MyMountCarmel. If you choose to sign up, you’ll just need to provide an e-mail address where we can send your invitation to join MyMountCarmel.
After you click on the link provided in the e-mail, you’ll be asked to confirm your identity. The step-by-step process will ask you to provide your date of birth and the answer to the security question you provided at the time of registration.
Your test results will be viewable in the patient portal immediately after being entered into your health record. Tests of a very sensitive nature, like pregnancy, HIV, STD and pathology, are not released to MyMountCarmel.
If the information in your health record is not correct, please contact the Health Information Department within the facility or location where you were treated.

Yes. Under Account Settings, select "Change Settings with Cerner Health" and select the “Health Record” tab to add your personal information. This information is for your own reference and will not be part of your hospital medical record. You may share this self-entered information by selecting "Share This Record". To return to MyMountCarmel, click on "Return to MyMountCarmel".

For your privacy, you and your spouse must maintain separate accounts in MyMountCarmel.
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page to reset your password online. You can also call 1-800-324-8163 to request a new, secure password.
To protect your privacy and the security of your information, you will be automatically logged out of MyMountCarmel if your keyboard remains idle for 20 minutes or more. We recommend that you log out of your MyMountCarmel session if you need to leave your computer for even a short period of time.
No. MyMountCarmel and the patient portal systems used by some doctors are separate and distinct systems that do not talk to one another. MyMountCarmel can only assist you with health information related to your care at Mount Carmel.
The payment and registration portal is separate from MyMountCarmel, so yes, you do need to register for each portal separately. If you’d like to access the payment and registration portal, click here.
We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through a secure invitation process, personal IDs and passwords. Each person controls his or her own password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. Furthermore, MyMountCarmel uses the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology with no caching to automatically encrypt your session with MyMountCarmel.
MyMountCarmel is owned and operated by Mount Carmel and Cerner Corporation. It is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your name and e-mail address will be treated with the same care and privacy given your health records, and will never be sold or leased by MyMountCarmel.
