East Location
Our East Location is on the Mount Carmel East campus near the intersection of East Broad Street and I-270. From I-270, take Exit 39 heading east; turn right at the first traffic light on Hart Lane. Follow Hart Lane to the first stop sign and turn left and then follow signs to Medical Office Building 4 next to the Siegel Center.

Northeast Location
Our Northeast Location is on the Mount Carmel St. Ann’s campus in Westerville. Take I-270 to the Cleveland Avenue North exit. Mount Carmel St. Ann’s is two blocks past Schrock Road on the right. From the main entrance follow the signs to the Medical Office Building at 477 Cooper Road.
