Mount Carmel's Allergy and Immunology program identifies and treats diseases that result from abnormalities of the immune system. Our expert team of clinical immunologists and allergy specialists provides comprehensive treatment for immunologic and allergic disorders, including asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergy, latex allergy, drug allergies and insect sting sensitivity.
We also evaluate and treat patients with suspected immunodeficiency. Our immunologic evaluations include studies of antibody and complement levels, IgG subclasses, lymphocyte and neutrophil function, and delayed skin hypersensitivity.
