Personal Training
The
best thing about personal training is that the workout program that’s developed
is based exclusively on you and your goals. Our one-on-one personal training
sessions begin with goal setting and an initial fitness assessment conducted by
an exercise physiologist/certified strength and conditioning specialist. We
will also go over the duration of the program. Your training sessions will then
focus on the goals you set and improving on the fitness benchmarks established
in your initial fitness assessment.
Your
workouts will consist of multiple exercise components that target the total
body, including a dynamic warm-up, flexibility/mobility work, strength, power
development, and quick-feet/agility drills. Your trainer may suggest
complementary exercises to complete at home.
At
the end of your program you’ll complete another assessment to document your
success and demonstrate the progress you’ve made toward your goals.
