Mount Carmel offers outpatient imaging services
at each of our central Ohio hospitals as well as through a growing network of Mount Carmel Imaging Centers and two Highfield MRI locations. Available imaging services
include:
- CT
- Short-bore MRI
- X-ray (general diagnostics)
- Ultrasound
- Nuclear medicine
- PET imaging
- Bone density
Our
skilled, licensed radiographers utilize state-of-the-art imaging equipment, and
results are interpreted exclusively by board-certified radiologists who are
members of our medical staff and available for your consultative needs.
Same-day
and next-day service are available, with results routinely provided within 24
hours. STAT results are available upon request.
Results can be delivered electronically through Autofax or by CD through
standard postal delivery.
A
physician's order is required for outpatient imaging services. Outpatient imaging appointments at most locations can be scheduled through Mount Carmel Pre-Planned Services by calling 614-234-7400.
