The Memory Disorders Clinic at Mount Carmel
provides outpatient diagnostic assessment and treatment services for individuals experiencing memory loss. Staffed by a board-certified geriatric physician and social worker, the clinic also provides family and caregiver consultation and education as well as referral to community resources. The clinic works in collaboration with the
patient's primary care physician to provide the highest quality care.
