Golden Lifestyles

Golden Lifestyles is a free membership program for adults 55 and older that provides a variety of special features, screenings, health information and benefits, including:

• Free blood pressure checks
• Discounts in the cafeterias and gift shops at all Mount Carmel hospitals
• Membership card with emergency medical data
• Educational programs

Health and Wellness Opportunities

The Passport to Good Health program is a series of exercise classes, water fitness sessions and educational presentations aimed at meeting the needs and interests of active seniors. All Passport to Good Health classes are offered on Columbus' east side. The annual cost is $25 for Golden LifeStyles members.
