Before the surgery I walked around with my head down. And when I did walk, I looked like an 80 year old – and not a healthy 80 year old. I avoided the stairs. I woke up almost every morning with a headache from snoring, and was constantly bothered by acid reflux. Not anymore. Today I have energy. My acid reflux is gone and my husband says I don’t snore anymore. And the stairs are no longer a place of fear. I use them every day.
