As a family medicine resident, you will see your patients at our new outpatient facility (which opened its doors in November, 2008) the Mount Carmel St. Ann's Family Medicine Center. There you will perform a full-range of outpatient services including EKG, pulmonary function testing, colposcopy, and minor surgical procedures. Our office utilizes an electronic medical record system with computers in every exam room. First year residents spend two half-days per week, second year residents three half-days per week, and third year residents four half-days per week seeing their continuity patients at the family medicine center.
The St. Ann's Family Medicine Center is located in Westerville adjacent to Mount Carmel St. Ann's Hospital. It features 18 exam rooms, 2 state-of-the-art procedure rooms, 2 resident work areas with additional computers, a spacious front office area, faculty offices, and many more benefits. You'll enjoy working with the collegial staff, supportive faculty, and your fellow residents at this new facility. |
