About this event
When most people think of family planning, they think of birth control pills, shots, or patches. But there’s also a natural, modern, effective method of fertility care called the Creighton Model FertilityCare System (CrMS), and training for it is now available through Mount Carmel.Creighton Model FertilityCare System (CrMS) is a unique fertility education model that allows couples to learn the biologic markers that are essential to human fertility, chart them, and use that information to either avoid or achieve a pregnancy. The system has been studied and utilized for more than 30 years and is:
• Easy to learn
• Medically safe
• Reliable and effective
• Inexpensive
• Personalized
• Standardized and objective
• Versatile at any stage of a woman’s life
• Morally acceptable to all faiths
During this introductory session you will learn the science behind the system and how it works. If you decide after the introductory session that you'd like to use the system, you will need to sign up for a series of 4 individual follow-up sessions. It is during these appointments that the FertilityCare practitioner will work with you to help you learn and use the system correctly.
