Community Seminars

Mount Carmel is proud to offer FREE community seminars throughout central Ohio to address a variety of important health-related concerns. Most community seminars are offered in small-group settings so our presenters can hear and answer as many of your questions as possible.

Mount Carmel East Community Health Event

Looking to improve your family's health? Then join us for the Mount Carmel East Community Health and Wellness Event on Saturday, November 8. It's an event where you can receive complimentary and discounted health screenings, gather a lot of health information, and enjoy fun activities with the kids. Free Prolapse and Incontinence Seminar

Pelvic Organ Prolapse is a common condition that can cause feelings of pressure or pain in the lower pelvic area, incontinence and constipation. Dr. Renee Caputo will discuss how pelvic floor disorders can cause a decrease in a woman’s quality of life. As uncomfortable as it may be to talk about, it’s important to know that you are not alone. Join Dr. Caputo and her associates, Susan Horvath, CNP and Jill Geric PT, DPT as they discuss treatments like exercise, physical therapy and both non-surgical and surgical treatments.
