MCGC + THCN + OSU WMC

Mount Carmel Grove City has joined one of the nation’s leading cancer research and care providers, The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC – James), through their James Cancer Network, to provide oncology services in the Grove City area.

Medical Oncology services will be led locally by Dr. Chris A. Rhoades along with Mount Carmel Grove City expert nursing and pharmacy teams in the Cancer Care Center.

By joining The James Cancer Network, Mount Carmel Grove City will bring a full range of integrated cancer services with advanced expertise and compassionate cancer care services to the region.

For our patients, this means high-quality cancer care while staying close to home, where they can be near loved ones and their support system – a vital piece in the cancer patient’s journey. It also means peace-of-mind knowing expert-level care is readily available if additional treatments are required at OSUCCC – James locations.

Our Care Team

When faced with a cancer diagnosis, one of the most important decisions you and your loved ones must make is who to trust for your care. Last year, Mount Carmel diagnosed and treated over 2,800 cancer patients. But it's not just how many cancer patients we treat; it's how we treat them. With advanced diagnostics and treatments. And compassion.

Our team of skilled and experienced physicians includes board-certified medical, radiation and surgical oncologists who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of all types of cancers.

Dr. Chris Rhoades leads the medical oncology services for Mount Carmel Grove City Cancer Care. His expertise, along with our amazing care staff, and affiliation with The James Cancer Network, brings leading-edge oncology care to patients.
