1. Visit the Member Portal Log-In page

2. Under the log-in form, click Create New User Account.
3. Follow the prompts to create your account. You will need your date of birth, last name and 9-digit Mount Carmel MediGold member ID number.

That's it! You can now log in with your new username and password and enjoy the many features of our member portal. Call Member Services if you need assistance creating a new account. We can walk you through it right over the phone, or create a username and password for you.
