Original Medicare only covers 80% of your medical bills, and there’s no annual limit on out-of-pocket expenses. Mount Carmel MediGold Health Plan helps protect your health and your savings with plans that may include:

- $0 medical deductible.
- Up to $1,800 Cash Back. Get $100 to $150 back in your Social Security check every month on select plans.
- Up to $1,000 on your Flexible Benefit Card. This annual allowance provides you with a convenient way to pay for plan-covered vision and hearing services without having to draw from your own bank account. New for 2024!
Prescription Drug Coverage
Many Mount Carmel MediGold Health Plan plans have Part D drug coverage automatically included. Our enhanced drug coverage may include:
- $0 copay for Tier 1 prescription drugs
- $0 Part D deductible
- Affordable copays for select insulins
- Mail order prescriptions at $0 for a 90-day supply

Dental, Vision and Hearing
Original Medicare doesn’t cover dental, vision or hearing. But with our plan, you’ll get $0 routine exams, plus:
- Preventive and Comprehensive Dental. 50%-70% coinsurance on comprehensive dental services. Members also have an opportunity to enroll in one of two optional supplemental dental plans to enhance benefits and cover things like crowns, bridges and dentures.
- Vision Benefits. Annual vision hardware allowance that can be used toward glasses or contacts.
- Hearing Benefits. Hearing aids for as little as $599 from our partner TruHearing.

- Meals Benefit. Provides up to 14 nutritious meals following a qualifying hospital discharge.
