Lilleana Cavanaugh


Lilleana CavanaughLilleana Cavanaugh is Deputy Chief for Minority Business & Outreach for the Ohio Department of Development. She was formerly the Executive Director of the Ohio Commission on Latino Affairs as well as well as as Program Director; President of Cross-Cultural Communications; an International Business Consultant for The Dupps Company; Hispanic Liaison for the Office of Admissions at Sinclair Community College and Vice President/Co-Founder of Vocalink Foreign Language Services.

She received an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Sinclair Community College; a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix; and an MBA from Capella University. She is a Certified Public Manager and holds a Certificate in Public & Non-Profit Leadership from The John Glenn College of Public Affairs. She is also a registered lobbyist in the State of Ohio.

Lilly is a member of the Board of Directors and serves as a National Board Commissioner of the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials. She is a founding member of both the United States Council on Latino Affairs and National Society of Hispanic MBAs, Columbus Chapter. She is also a member of the City of Columbus’ Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board and Ohio’s Human Trafficking Commission.
