Lorraine Lutton


Lorraine LuttonLorraine Lutton is President & Chief Executive Officer of Mount Carmel Health System. Prior to joining Mount Carmel, she was the President & Chief Executive Officer of Roper St. Francis Healthcare (RSFH). Roper St. Francis Healthcare is a comprehensive, not-for-profit health system in the Greater Charleston, South Carolina area with four acute care hospitals, multiple ambulatory locations, an employed physician group, an ACO and CIN. Ms. Lutton was responsible for the strategic and operational results of RSFH.

Ms. Lutton previously served at BayCare Health System in Tampa, Florida as the Chief Operating Officer and the President of St. Joseph’s Hospital.

Ms. Lutton is a board member of Sykes Enterprises, Inc., a publicly traded business process outsourcing company based in Tampa, Florida, and a member of the Governance, Compensation & Audit Committees.

Ms. Lutton has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

As President and CEO, Ms. Lutton has a reserved seat on the Foundation Board of Trustees.
