Meaghan M. McCurdy
Meaghan McCurdy has been with Kimball Midwest since 2014. An attorney by trade, she transitioned out of the legal department and into her role as Director of Corporate Responsibility in January of 2020. In that role, she focuses the organization’s efforts around four pillars: Workforce, Workplace, Community and Supplier Diversity.
A cum laude graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and minors in Psychology and Women’s Studies, she previously worked as an Associate at Habash, Reasoner & Frazier.
She is an active volunteer at the YMCA Family Center where families can not only receive healthy meals, but parents can also take part in resume preparation and job interview coaching while children are placed in daycare. Her "soft spot" for kids is also reflected in her involvement with Damascus Catholic Mission Campus, Saint Paul’s Outreach, and Run the Race.
Meaghan and her husband, Todd Karas, are the parents of four children – Kellen, Ashlin, Michael and Conlan. They are active members of St. Agatha parish, where she serves on Parish Council, and reside in Upper Arlington.
