Foundation Annual Report
It’s because of you that we are able to provide vital health services to the communities we serve. To demonstrate the benefit derived from your contributions, the Foundation produces an annual report, where you’ll find stories of how your donation has made an impact, as well as our charitable expenditures and allocations.
Community Health & Well-Being Community Impact Report
Mount Carmel Health System continually evaluates and responds to the most important needs of the community identified through our triennial Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and in partnership with other local not-for-profit organizations and committees. Each year, the health system produces a report highlighting and quantifying its investment in addressing and providing care and services to address critical health needs.
