Resident Well-Being

The MCHS GME Well-Being Committee has created this page for the intent of making wellness resources easily accessible by Faculty, Residents, and Medical Students. Many medical professionals experience stress under the unique demands of working in an academic medical setting. We hope that you will benefit from the resources here and find the additional support helpful as you learn to balance the demands of medical education training.

Employee Assistance Program

Residents, fellows, and faculty can receive free, confidential counseling through the MCHS Employee Assistance Program, Spring Health.

Your EAP is an easily accessible source of support, available at no cost, to all colleagues, your dependents (including college students), spouse and any person(s) living in your household.
