Staffing

• Once Monthly Evening Shift
• Every 3rd Weekend
• Holiday
  • 1 Major Holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Day)
  • 1 Minor Holiday (Memorial Day)

Presentations

• Poster presentation at ASHP Midyear
• Podium presentation at regional residency conference
• Completion of major research project

Committee Involvement

• Residency Advisory Committee (monthly)
• Pharmacy Nursing Committee (monthly)
• Pharmacy P&T Committee (every other month)
• Code Blue Committee (monthly)

Formal Mentorship Match

• Each resident will choose one preceptor whom he/she identifies as a mentor. His/her mentor will be available to lead and guide the resident by example and will be available for support throughout the year.
