Affiliate Medical School Students

Third Year Medical Students:

Rotations are coordinated through the medical school and Mount Carmel Heath Systems' Graduate Medical Education office. This includes the following information:

• Rotation, physician facilitator, dates
• Please submit student information, i.e., full name, birth date and last 4 digits of SSN to GME office at least 30 days in advance of rotation to ensure inpatient and/or outpatient computer access

Fourth Year Medical Students:

Complete Application packets should be completed through VSLO.
