Non-Affiliate Medical School Students

Qualified students attending LCME/COCA accredited schools applying for senior year audition and elective rotations must provide the following documents:

• Application through VSLO
• CV
• USMLE/COMLEX score reports
• Copy of Transcripts
• MCHS Questionnaire

Applications for rotations during the upcoming academic year will be accepted after match day (3rd Friday in March) in VSLO.

* Please note that we require an active Education Affiliation Agreement with your institution before we can approve your rotation. We ask that you give us at least 90 days to fully execute the agreement. If the agreement cannot be completed at least 45 days in advance of your rotation you will not be permitted to rotate with MCHS/MCMG.
