Mrs. Rogan does her homework. I have only seen her once before, over a year ago, yet she chatted with me and knew my history as if we were old friends. That kind of attentiveness means a lot and does not go unnoticed.

Rachel has always been very attentive. I only regret she has limited availability at this location. This is fine for checkup appts that are scheduled months in advance. Sick calls are frustrating, at best.
