Using the very latest technologies, Mount Carmel’s expert neurosurgery team provides state-of-the-art neurosurgical care for a wide variety of cranial disorders, including stroke, brain aneurysms and brain tumors, as well as simple and complex surgical treatments for spinal cord diseases and injuries, from tumors, herniated discs and degenerative disc disease to arthritis of the spine.
Thanks to our dedicated neuroscience units, our surgeons are able offer the most innovative procedures and techniques available. That includes using minimally invasive neurosurgical approaches whenever possible to treat cerebrovascular disorders, brain and spine tumors, other spine disorders, and certain movement disorders. They’re also highly experienced performing more invasive surgeries when minimally invasive approaches are not an option.
