Led by an exercise physiologist and strength and conditioning specialist, this class combines resistance training, aerobic/anaerobic interval training, and flexibility/mobility in a circuit format to target the entire body. Limited to 2-4 participants. Ideal for couples or small groups looking to lose weight or get into shape.
