Mount Carmel Geriatrics Clinic

The Geriatrics Clinic at Mount Carmel Grove City is staffed with a board-certified geriatrician aided by a multidisciplinary team that includes internal medicine, nursing and social work. We provide medical, cognitive and psychosocial assessments. Our social worker can discuss issues that are most relevant to your medical situation, such as medication assistance, health insurance options, alternative housing preparation and more. 

You won’t be rushed and no referral is needed. You can keep your primary care doctor: our clinic can see patients as a consult visit or assume primary care for those without a doctor.
