This was the first time I had been seen by her. She had a student that day, so she allowed the student to interview me first and then she came in with the student for the interview and exam. I am a retired RN, so I had a good understanding of my issues. This was a F/U visit after a MVA and I had been to the ED/Trauma center the week before. She addressed the discomfort I was still having, ordered a muscle relaxer, and gave me other ideas on how to help my discomfort as well as reassured me that it would take time to heal. As a retired RN I thought she and her student had excellent bedside manners.
This was the first time I met with Angela. She was very thorough and explain things very well. She had a student with her who also did a very nice job of checking my vitals, etc. I was able to get in to see her on the same day I called, which was important to me because of the situation I was experiencing.
