Gwen not only clearly explained my test results, but she also sent me to the ER immediately and followed up with a cardiologist to get me the treatment I needed. I was released from the ER without a cardiologist consultation. Gwen called me early the next morning to refer me back to the ER where I saw a cardiologist and was admitted.
