Even with our new visitor restrictions, we are committed to keeping you connected with your loved one however we can. One of the very best ways to do that is with a patient greeting card.

You can use these cards to send whatever caring and supportive message you like, and we’ll gladly deliver them in person on your behalf. They’re incredibly easy to send, too. Just fill out the form below.

We understand that this new visitation policy is extremely difficult, but it is also very important to the health and safety of all our patients and colleagues. We hope you understand, we appreciate your cooperation, and we look forward to delivering your cards.

UPDATE: Please note that cards sent after 12:00 PM will not be delivered until the following business day.

Please keep in mind that e-Cards are only for patients who have been admitted to one of our hospitals. The content of your e-Card is NOT confidential, so it should not contain personal or medical information. e-Cards with inappropriate or confidential content may not be delivered. In the event that the e-Card recipient has been discharged or transferred from the hospital or if we receive incorrect contact information about the patient, your message will not be delivered via postal service or any other means and the patient will not be notified of your message.
