Mount Carmel Medical Group COVID-19 Testing

Thank you for scheduling your COVID-19 Rapid Molecular Test at a Mount Carmel Medical Group or Mount Carmel Care Today location.

PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • State or government issued photo ID (Minors will not need to provide a photo ID.)
  • Insurance card

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • In order to keep our testing on schedule, please arrive right at your appointment time.
  • If you need to cancel your appointment, click the cancellation link at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

These are drive-up testing locations. Please follow the parking instructions below by site:

Park in one of the reserved COVID-19 Testing spots (identified by the burgundy signs) and call the phone number on the sign.
Enter the 775 West Broad Street parking garage, go to the second floor, park in one of the reserved COVID-19 Testing spots (identified by the burgundy signs) and call the phone number on the sign.
Drive around to the back door labeled "669" and call the phone number on the burgundy sign.
Park at one of the burgundy signs and call the phone number on the sign.
Park in one of the reserved COVID-19 Testing spots (identified by the burgundy signs) and call the phone number on the sign.
Pull into the driveway next to the outpatient lab awning and call the phone number on the sign.
  • Remain in your vehicle with the windows rolled up and call the phone number on the sign to let us know you're here. Please do not enter the office. In case of any emergency, call 911.
  • Have your valid state or government issued photo ID and insurance card ready.
  • Wear a mask.
  • Restrooms are not available on-site.

AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Please self-isolate until you receive your test results.
  • Login to your MyChart account for your test results. If you don’t have a MyChart account, learn how to sign up here: mountcarmelhealth.com/mychartactivation
  • Your test results will be in MyChart within 24-hours. PLEASE NOTE: Due to our increased COVID-19 testing volume, you may experience a longer wait time for results.
