As is obvious, I was very impressed.

Thank goodness she was covering at St. Ann's when I was admitted with pneumonia & fluid on the left lung. Liked her instantly and was totally heartened to see how much the other medical staff respected her. I was terrified when told if the fluid could not be removed there would be lung surgery. She assured me she would do her best to avoid that and is so skilled at explaining what I had & how it would be treated.

It's hard to praise her too much. She is the best pulmonary doctor I have ever had, and I've been to a few in my life. I love her because she listens, doesn't hurry her way through the appointment and it is my impression that she really CARES. Makes all the difference in the world. She is the BEST !!

Dr. Perkins was updated on current health issues and was ready to discuss them at the appointment and did not have to go back and read her notes to continue. Shows she cares enough to know what鈥檚 going on and have a plan in place, which is reassuring
