Mount Carmel Health System recently announced that Amanda McCullouch, SHRM-SCP, has been named vice president and regional chief human resources officer for the central Ohio health system.

McCullouch will lead all aspects of human resources strategy, colleague engagement and human capital management for Mount Carmel, where she’s served in HR roles of increasing responsibility since 2007.

“Amanda brings a wealth of institutional knowledge and a proven record of success to our executive team,” said Mount Carmel President and CEO Lorraine Lutton. “She’s a well-respected leader who understands people and organizational development, and we’re thrilled to be able to count on her expertise and insight as we lead our health system forward.”

McCullouch was an executive team leader for human resources at Target Stores before joining Mount Carmel. She earned a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal and organizational communication from Bowling Green State University, is an SHRM-Senior Certified Professional, and holds a certification in diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

A Grove City resident, McCullouch is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio and the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources.
