Columbus, Ohio – Mount Carmel Health System has been awarded on the Forbes list of America’s Best-In-State Employers 2025. This prestigious award is presented in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The award list was announced on August 19, 2025, and can be viewed on Forbes website.

Forbes and Statista selected America’s Best-In-State Employers 2025 through an independent survey from a vast sample of over 160,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 500 people within the U.S. Over 2 million employer evaluations were considered. The final score is based on two types of employee evaluations: personal (those given by employees themselves) and public (those given by friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry).

"We are honored to receive this recognition and are deeply proud of the incredible team at Mount Carmel” said Amanda McCullouch, Vice President & Regional Chief Human Resources Officer, Mount Carmel Health System. "Our colleagues are at the heart of everything we do, and this award reflects our ongoing dedication to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported and empowered."

This recognition reinforces that Mount Carmel continues to lead the industry on a regional and statewide level in employee satisfaction, setting a new standard for workplace excellence.
