Dr. Smith listened and took care of my problems
Very cautious
Hate that the Lab was removed from practice and moved to the emergency area. I know it isn't far away but for those with mobility issues it created additional physical stress and exposure to those more urgently sick. And, a series of question already asked and answered just 30minute prior.
Time spent varies with what each individual is experiencing and this practice is wonderful to not rush and spend what is needed. If my appointment time is delayed I understand it is because a patient before me needed extra time and that should always be 100% acceptable and understandable
I used Dr. Doona Parsley for over 25 yrs and sad she's gone BUT Dr. Smith is excellent as well and I hope to be with her just as long!
Dr. Smith is always ready to listen and ask questions to help me get to the bottom of any issue. She explains things clearly and is always patient and friendly.She shows that she cares about patients.
