She offered to call my daughter and explain my situation. My daughter lives far away so that was helpful. She seemed knowledgeable.

She was very kind and empathetic. I really appreciate that. She also contacted me on MyChart to follow up on a question that I had regarding the type of surgery that I would need. I felt she was outstanding. I will definitely refer her to others.
