INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium banana (frozen if possible)
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
  • Ice/water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Hint: Add liquid (juice) to the blend first to allow for easier blending.
  2. Add ice and water as needed for desired consistency.
