INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 medium banana (frozen if possible)
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
- Ice/water
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Hint: Add liquid (juice) to the blend first to allow for easier blending.
- Add ice and water as needed for desired consistency.
