Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cranberries
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • White wash to thicken
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in stockpot and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. Thicken with white wash.
