Our primary and specialty care offices are equipped to handle secure, face-to-face video appointments for our patients. We’ve teamed up with QliqSOFT to deliver real-time video without having to go through the trouble of downloading an app or even remembering a login.
How To Schedule A Video Appointment
You must call our primary or specialty care office to talk about how/where you will receive your care (over the phone, via video appointment or in-person). Please know that some appointments may not be eligible to be conducted over video. If your provider believes that your care qualifies for a video appointment, here’s what you need to know:
- All video appointments must be scheduled in advance. If a video appointment is appropriate for your care, our office will give you the necessary information over the phone to start your appointment.
- QliqSOFT is secure and HIPAA compliant platform
- An app or a login is not required with QliqSOFT
- Equipment needed:
- A smartphone with camera and microphone
- For the best visit experience you should use headphones, but they are not required.
