Medical Staff Credentialing

The Credentialing Verification Office (CVO) manages the credentialing and privileging process for physicians and allied health professionals (AHPs) applying to any of our three (3) Mount Carmel medical staffs (Mount Carmel Health, Mount Carmel St. Ann's, and Mount Carmel New Albany Surgical Hospital) and managed care organization (Health Partners), including appointment and reappointment, requests for additional privileges, and staff status category changes.
