- Mount Carmel and Cigna have reached a new agreement. Under this new contract, patients with Cigna health insurance have access to in-network care with trusted Mount Carmel providers, effective March 1. Patients may schedule appointments with Mount Carmel as they normally would.
- Before scheduling an appointment, please contact Cigna via the number on the back of your insurance card to ensure your care will be covered at in-network rates.
- If you do not see your health care provider included back in Cigna’s provider directory, please contact Cigna to verify your in-network access has been re-instated.
