Bryan Ghiloni, MD
President
Dr. Ghiloni has served in Mount Carmel Health System since 2006. Before being appointed President of Mount Carmel Health Partners in 2024, he served as Medical Director of Mount Carmel Health Partners and Medical Director of Mount Carmel Medical Group. His leadership throughout Mount Carmel Health System has been instrumental in the clinical, operational, and financial performances of various entities. Dr. Ghiloni is a Certified Physician Executive (CPE) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP) and continues to practice primary care in New Albany.
Ross Cirincione
Vice President of Managed Care, Mount Carmel Health System
Ross Cirincione serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Mount Carmel Health Partners, where he oversees population health strategy, value-based care operations, financial planning & analysis, and provider network performance. Most recently, Ross served as Director of Network Operations for Bon Secours Mercy Health, where he led clinically integrated network strategy and value-based care performance in southwest and northwest Ohio markets. Prior to Bon Secours Mercy Health, he spent four years at Mount Carmel Health Partners in progressive leadership roles, including Manager of Clinical Integration and ACO Operations and ACO Program Manager, managing value-based care programs covering more than 140,000 lives and driving performance across Medicare, Medicare Advantage, commercial, Medicaid, and ACA Exchange populations. Earlier in his career, Ross held healthcare operations roles with Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and OrthoCincy, building a foundation in healthcare administration, physician practice operations, and ambulatory operations.
