Dr Mougey and her staff are the best. I never have to wait, they are all so kind and they listen to what I am explaining and answer any questions I might have. Dr Mougey doesn't always agree with my decisions but values any input I may have and doesn't make me feel unheard. She always explains her point and together we come up with a plan. The office and exam rooms are immaculate and I always have a follow up appointment scheduled. The scheduling staff out front always are courteous and efficient, and the lab techs are the best. Mt Carmel in Hilliard have the whole package, all in one stop.

Regardless of the situation, Dr. Mougey has provided care that has made me felt seen and cared about. The Hillard location is an excellent care facility, including the PCP, the check-in staff, the people in the laboratory, and the people in imaging. There are closer facilities to me, but I stick with Mt. Carmel Hilliard.
