Dr Mougey and her staff are the best. I never have to wait, they are all so kind and they listen to what I am explaining and answer any questions I might have. Dr Mougey doesn't always agree with my decisions but values any input I may have and doesn't make me feel unheard. She always explains her point and together we come up with a plan. The office and exam rooms are immaculate and I always have a follow up appointment scheduled. The scheduling staff out front always are courteous and efficient, and the lab techs are the best. Mt Carmel in Hilliard have the whole package, all in one stop.
I have been seeing Dr. Mougey for the last 15+ years. She has been with in good times and helped me get through some really tough times. Regardless of the situation, Dr. Mougey has provided care that has made me felt seen and cared about. On top of that, her knowledge and aptitude concerning the intricacies of my physical and emotional health have been nothing short of amazing.
